A Savoury Recipe to Cook Italian Carnaroli Rice Risotto

Ingredients


  1. Carnaroli rice (1 Cup)
  2. Diced mushrooms (2 Cups)
  3. Heavy cream (¼ cup)
  4. Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
  5. Chopped onions (3)
  6. Grated parmesan cheese (1 cup)
  7. Vegetable stock (5 Cups)
  8. Whole milk (1 Cup)
  9. Garlic (1 clove)
  10. Minced parsley (1 teaspoon)
  11. Minced celery (1 teaspoon)
  12. Butter (1 teaspoon)
  13. Salt & pepper for taste 

Directions to cook 


  1. Take a large skillet and heat olive oil at medium flame for sauteing onion and garlic to obtain a golden brown texture. 
  2. Add parsley, celery, salt, and pepper and stir them thoroughly Remove garlic, and stir in the parsley, celery, salt, and pepper. 
  3. Once the veggies start becoming tender, add mushrooms and again allow them to cook in low flame. 
  4. When the mushrooms become soft, take another skillet, add milk, cream and stir Italian Carnaroli rice in it.
  5. Gradually start adding vegetable stock cups one by one until rice absorbs water.
